Enrique has been building and backing startups for more than 15 years. Before co-founding Plus Partners in 2024, he was best known as the co-founder of letgo, the marketplace app that became Spain's first unicorn and grew to more than 100 million downloads in the US and Turkey. Earlier, he launched Captalis, a fintech pioneer in Brazil acquired by its main competitor in 2014.

At Plus Partners, Enrique focuses on helping founders in health tech, fintech, and productivity with a special passion for go-to-market strategy and international expansion. He knows first-hand the highs and lows of entrepreneurship, and is committed to being the kind of investor he wished he had; hands-on, authentic, and relentlessly founder-first.

Enrique is also a board member of Faes Farma (a listed pharma company) and advisor to several high-growth startups, and proud to serve as a Endeavor Mentor and Ambassador, where he works closely with high-impact entrepreneurs. He was also named with Best Growth Trajectory 40 Under 40 by IESE Business School.

Outside of venture, Enrique enjoys cooking big meals for friends and spending time with his wife and two kids. He's equally at home brainstorming with founders, getting lost in a good book, or trying to convince his son Mariano that painting is just as fun as football.
