Guillermo is the founder and CTO of Uptail, where he applies deep engineering and AI research experience to automate sales workflows for fast-growing companies. Before Uptail, he founded multiple startups—including Spacific and Hinsight Analytics—and conducted AI research at the Skolkovo Institute. His background spans aerospace engineering, applied mathematics, strategy consulting at BCG, and data science roles at Disney.

Outside work, he’s usually in the kitchen perfecting his beef Wellington or spending time with Kosmos, his chow chow.
