Javier is the co-founder of LuzIA, one of the world’s leading consumer AI apps with more than 65 million users, and the founder of Lumier, a real estate development firm specializing in high-end projects. Previously, he founded ticketea, scaled it over nearly a decade, and sold it to Eventbrite. He also teaches at IE and ICADE and mentors at SeedRocket, Endeavor, and Wayra. He brings deep expertise in marketing and building online brands.

At Plus Partners, he supports founders working in AI, PropTech, marketplaces, and consumer products.
