José Manuel is the founder and CEO of Libeen, the Spain’s leading rent-to-buy PropTech startup. In 2025, Libeen’s SOCIMI went public, marking an extraordinary milestone for a PropTech startup.

Before that, he founded DOCSA, managing more than €200M in real estate investments, and co-founded Tiendalista, known as “the Spanish Shopify.”

His background spans real estate, e-commerce, and digital marketing. At Plus Partners, he supports founders building in PropTech, housing finance, and operationally complex marketplace models.

Outside of work, he is an extremely social person, always surrounded by friends, enjoying a good glass of wine and organizing unconventional plans.
