María has spent more than two decades building high-performance teams across Spain’s most recognized tech companies. She served as VP of HR at Softonic, HR Director at letgo during its hypergrowth phase, and CHRO at ABA English. Her experience spans both early-stage teams and 500-person scale-ups.

At Plus Partners, she helps founders build resilient cultures, strong leadership pipelines, and scalable people systems. María is one of those people who has an enormous impact on every organization she works with, and she has a genuine passion for supporting founders as they scale their companies successfully.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her grandsons and is a passionate motorbike enthusiast, having travelled across Europe on two wheels.
