Nacho is a serial entrepreneur and commercial leader with deep experience in scaling high-growth technology businesses across Europe and Latin America.

He is the co-founder of Orbio, an AI-native platform automating end-to-end HR operations for large workforce organizations. Previously, he was the co-founder of Cobee, one of Spain’s leading employee benefits platforms, which he helped scale internationally before its successful sale in 2024. Before Cobee, he held senior leadership roles at Gympass and Education First, building teams, opening new markets, and leading complex growth and restructuring processes across multiple geographies.

Nacho has extraordinary experience in go-to-market strategy, international expansion, sales execution, and leadership in high-growth environments. He brings a rare combination of commercial ambition, operating intensity, and a strong people-first mindset.
