Nicolás began his career in finance as a Sales Trader, managing fixed income portfolios across emerging markets, and later earned the CFA Charterholder designation. He transitioned into the startup ecosystem, joining Powerlinx in New York in a Finance & Strategy role, and later leading finance at Librodepases, where he drove fundraising efforts securing over $3M in equity and debt. After moving to Madrid, he joined The Startup CFO, managing a team of analysts and acting as a fractional CFO for high-growth B2B SaaS companies. At Plus Partners, he supports fund operations and works closely with founders on fundraising strategy, capital allocation, and building financially disciplined, scalable businesses.

Outside of work, he is a competitive tennis player and enjoys outdoor sports, as well as spending time with family and friends.
