Oleksandr (Olek) Shcherbina is the co-founder and CTO of Tenoro, where he leads the engineering team building an AI-native operating system for physical operations. Before Tenoro, he joined Jüsto as VP of Engineering, rebuilt its technology team and delivered a warehouse management system that improved productivity 2.5x at implementation, before becoming CTO in charge of all product and technology. Earlier, he led the food commerce technology verticals at a major Latin American delivery company. A systems engineer with a diploma in data science, he started as a developer at 18 and is based in Buenos Aires.
