Sergi is the co-founder and CEO of Orbio AI, building AI-native enterprise systems that automate HR workflows and surface real-time insights.

Before Orbio, he co-founded Colvin, one of Europe’s leading digital flower brands, helping scale the company across multiple markets and modernize one of the world’s most fragmented supply chains. Earlier in his career, he was part of Amazon’s early Spain retail team, where he managed multimillion-euro P&Ls and launched strategic initiatives.

Sergi combines strong operational discipline with a sharp instinct for identifying large, inefficient markets that can be transformed through technology. Across both Colvin and Orbio, Sergi has shown a strong ability to identify large, inefficient markets and build technology-driven businesses that improve customer experience, simplify operations, and unlock scalable growth.

Outside of work, Sergi is deeply curious about technology, business models, and how industries evolve. He brings the mindset of a builder: analytical, ambitious, and always focused on execution.
