Sofía is the co-founder and COO of Libeen, a leading PropTech startup making homeownership more accessible through rent-to-buy models. In 2025, Libeen’s SOCIMI went public, marking an extraordinary milestone for a PropTech startup.

She brings strong experience across real estate operations, sales, and hospitality, combining customer-centric execution with financial and operational discipline.

At Plus Partners, she helps founders building in PropTech, housing finance, and trust-driven marketplace models.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her daughter Camilla. She is an excellent skier and a big fan of her dog Paco, who is very much part of the Libeen team.
