Álvaro is the co-founder and CEO of LuzIA, one of Europe’s fastest-growing consumer AI products, bringing generative AI to millions through an accessible chat interface. He previously held senior product roles at Amazon and Jobandtalent and began his career in AI research and strategy consulting. At Plus Partners, he supports founders working in AI, consumer products, and data-driven growth, helping translate complex technology into simple, scalable experiences.
